3.1 To access the Services, you must register a single personal account on haka4.bet using accurate personal details including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian mobile number, and a valid email address.
3.2 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. haka4 will never contact you to request your password via any channel.
3.3 You must notify haka4 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. haka4 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the Member has failed to safeguard their credentials.
3.4 One account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address is permitted. haka4 employs automated systems to detect duplicate account registrations. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts except the first registered may be closed, bonuses forfeited, and any winnings derived from the duplicate account voided.
3.5 During the KYC process, haka4 may require the Member to submit copies of a government-issued Indonesian identity document (KTP or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Documents must be submitted in the format requested by the haka4 verification team.
3.6 Account verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. haka4 may also request re-verification at any point, particularly following changes to account details or unusual account activity.
3.7 Members may update their personal details by contacting the haka4 support team. Changes to core identity information (full name, date of birth) require supporting documentation and are subject to KYC re-review.
3.8 haka4 reserves the right to close any account that has been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. Prior to closure, haka4 will send a notification to the registered email address. Any remaining balance in an inactive account will be held for a period of six (6) months following the closure notice, after which it may be forfeited if no contact is made.
4.1 All transactions on haka4.bet are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). haka4 does not charge currency conversion fees; all deposits and withdrawals are processed in Rp at the value presented at the time of the transaction.
4.2 haka4 supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. 4.4 Deposits are typically credited to your account balance within minutes of the transaction being confirmed on the payment network. In cases of network delays or bank system maintenance, haka4 will credit the deposit as soon as the funds are confirmed as received.

4.7 Members must only deposit funds from payment accounts or cards registered in their own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Where a third-party deposit is identified, haka4 may void the deposit, close the account, and return funds to the originating account.
4.8 Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, except where the deposit method does not support outgoing transfers (in which case haka4 will process to an alternative verified method registered to the same Member). Withdrawal to a different person's account is never permitted.
4.9 haka4 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on large or unusual transactions, which may result in processing delays while the review is completed. Members will be notified if additional documentation is required.
4.10 haka4 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals at this time. All transactions must be conducted through the IDR-denominated channels listed in Clause 4.2.
4.11 In the event that a deposit is made in error (e.g., double-credited by a technical fault), haka4 reserves the right to reverse the erroneous credit from the Member's balance at any time, regardless of whether those funds have been wagered or are held as a balance.
5.1 haka4 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, referral rewards, and seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August).
5.2 All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these General Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that bonus only.
5.3 Unless explicitly stated otherwise in promotion-specific terms, all bonuses are subject to a rollover (wagering) requirement of at least 10x (ten times) the bonus amount before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable rollover multiplier for each bonus is stated in the promotion details at the time of opt-in.
5.4 Only real-money wagers placed with qualifying game types count toward rollover requirements. Free spins, bets placed using bonus balance below the minimum odds threshold, and bets on excluded games do not contribute to rollover completion. 5.5 Bonuses may only be claimed once per person, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. haka4 reserves the right to withhold or void bonuses and related winnings where it determines that bonus abuse, arbitrage, or manipulation has occurred.

5.7 Members may opt out of receiving bonus credits at any time by contacting the haka4 support team. Once opted out, the Member will not receive promotional bonuses until they opt back in.
5.8 Winnings generated from free spins are subject to the same rollover requirements as standard bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
5.9 haka4 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or bonus-derived winnings from a Member's account where it determines, in its sole discretion, that the bonus was obtained or used in a manner inconsistent with fair play or the intent of the promotion.

6.2 A bet is confirmed and binding only once the Member has received a bet confirmation reference number. haka4 reserves the right to reject or void any bet placed at incorrect odds resulting from a manifest pricing error, regardless of whether the Member has received an initial confirmation.
6.3 Bet settlement follows the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., PSSI for Liga 1 matches, FIFA for international fixtures, the relevant national badminton federation for Indonesian badminton tournaments). In the event of a dispute over the official result, haka4's determination based on available data shall be final.
6.4 haka4 offers mix parlay (accumulator) betting across supported football markets. A mix parlay bet requires a minimum of three (3) selections. If one or more legs of a mix parlay are voided, the bet is recalculated using the remaining valid legs; if only one valid leg remains, the bet is settled as a single at the standard rate.
6.5 Live in-play betting is offered on selected events. In-play odds update in real time and a bet is accepted only at the odds displayed at the moment the Member confirms the bet. Delays in the Member's internet connection may cause the displayed odds to differ from the odds at the server-side confirmation point; haka4's server-side record is definitive.
6.6 haka4 reserves the right to impose individual betting limits, market-level stake restrictions, or maximum payout caps on any Member or event at its discretion, without prior notice.
6.7 Any bet that haka4 reasonably suspects was placed using insider information, in collusion with other Members, or as part of a match-fixing arrangement will be voided. haka4 cooperates with sports integrity organisations and may report suspicious betting patterns to the relevant authorities.
6.8 Regarding togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets: draw results are sourced from officially recognised draw operators. haka4 is not responsible for errors in draw data provided by third-party sources, but will correct any settlement errors as soon as they are identified and confirmed.

8.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. 8.3 Use of automated systems — including bots, scrapers, odds-harvesting tools, or any software that places bets or interacts with the Platform without human input — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of balance.
8.4 Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted to haka4 by Members regarding the Platform may be used by haka4 without restriction or compensation to the Member.
9.1 haka4 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, haka4 disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9.2 haka4 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
9.3 haka4 is not liable for losses arising from: (a) interruptions to the Platform caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance; (b) telecommunications failures or internet disruptions outside haka4's control; (c) force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, or national infrastructure failures; or (d) third-party payment processing delays.
9.4 Where haka4's liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the total amount deposited by the Member in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.5 haka4 does not guarantee the continuous or error-free availability of the Platform. Planned maintenance periods are communicated in advance where practicable, but haka4 reserves the right to take the Platform offline at any time without notice for security or technical reasons.
9.6 Nothing in these Terms excludes haka4's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by haka4's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10.1 haka4 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Member's account at any time and without prior notice if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the Member has breached any provision of these Terms.
10.2 Grounds for immediate account suspension or termination include, but are not limited to: provision of false registration information; duplicate account operation; use of automated betting software; suspected fraud, money laundering, or match-fixing involvement; chargebacks or disputed payment instructions; and violation of the Responsible Gaming Policy.
10.3 Upon account termination for cause, haka4 may withhold all or part of the Member's balance pending investigation. Where fraud or money laundering is confirmed, the balance may be permanently forfeited and reported to the relevant authorities.
10.4 Members may close their own account voluntarily at any time by contacting the haka4 support team. Any remaining balance will be returned to the Member's verified payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeline, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
10.5 Upon account closure, all pending bonus balances, free bets, and promotional credits are forfeited immediately.
10.6 These Terms survive account termination to the extent necessary to enforce haka4's rights and resolve any outstanding disputes.
11.1 haka4 operates as an internationally licensed and regulated online gaming platform. The Platform is operated under an international gaming licence and is subject to the regulatory requirements of the jurisdiction in which it is licensed.
11.2 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of contract law applicable to online gaming agreements. 12.2 Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to Members via a notice on the Platform homepage and/or by email to the registered account address at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.
